If it is missing: how to fix it

Link the recording to its composition

Check that the work is registered at your society and note its ISWC.
Send the recording's ISRC with the work's ISWC to your publisher or society so plays of this recording are matched to the work.
Ask your distributor to add the songwriters and the ISWC to the release metadata.
Ask for the plays that were not matched in past periods to be redistributed where the society allows it.
