Live shows

Report your shows — where and by when.

When you play live, the promoter pays the local society a share of ticket sales. That money only reaches you if the society knows which songs you played. Here is how to tell each one — and how long you have.

1

Keep every setlist

Date, venue, city and the songs in order — including the ones you only played once.

2

Report it where you played

To the society of the country of the show. Abroad, your home society can usually tell you how it reaches you.

3

Before the window closes

Late setlists are often lost: the money goes to the songs that were reported.
